Epic Fail indeed. There's an important milestone in every adult's life when they realize that their parents aren't just monolithic figures known only as Mom and/or Dad, but people in their own right who have hopes, dreams, thoughts, and desires that have nothing to do with their children. They don't even deserve one star but sadly I couldn't give them a big fat zero. I can only hope that Apple wins the case that Epic Fail has brought against them and in the process shaves a few billion off their exorbitant bank balance. Truly unbelievable business policies which seem to only care about profit. Goodness knows what these employed customer service bots actually do all day other than spend their time annoying their paying customers by being incredibly unhelpful. It appears there's nothing I can do since I'm up against a brick wall of stupidity. They just keep coming back with the most unhelpful emails without answering any of the questions I've asked. I've asked if I can supply proof but to no avail. All I wanted to do was change my country to the one I'm now residing in but apparently according to Epic Games secret information I don't live in the country that I'm actually living in. Absolutely appalling treatment of its paying customers. It's difficult to know exactly what to say other than Epic Games supposed customer service is non existent.

I was willing to ignore the problems Epic Games Luncher had in the beginning, but damn it's been five years since you launched this piece of crap service and it looks like it was designed by a 5 year old programmed by a newborn. All you are doing is dividing the community and making things much worse. Open and free market, that's for sure Tim Sweeney. Even though I have the boxed version on PC, I will insist on a refund and I absolutely do not care what their objections are. I'd rather wait until the $#*!ing exclusivity ends and buy it on Steam. Tim Sweeney talks a lot about how he wants to save the game market, but all he does is convince me that I won't buy anything but V-Buxes at the Epic Games Luncher. Technical support is clueless and they throw instructions on how to fix it left and right, but nothing happens and the game is still nowhere. I currently haven't played Dead Island 2 a week after release because the key redeemed but the game is nowhere to be found. It happens all the time that I buy something and it doesn't show up in the library.
